    The Company is seeking a Vice President for Sales and Business Development to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving business development initiatives that directly impact the success of mission-driven organizations in the higher education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic sales opportunities with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust client pipeline, conducting needs assessments, and presenting compelling proposals that demonstrate the ROI and strategic value of the company's services. The role also involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and contributing to the company's revenue and profitability while maintaining a strong focus on service and impact.

    Candidates for this role at the company should have a proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years' experience, preferably in professional services. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in advancement, higher education, or healthcare is desired. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. The role demands a high level of integrity, respect, proactive communication, diligence, collaboration, and a growth mindset. The candidate should be future-forward, with qualities such as intellectual curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative mindset with leadership potential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience with the Google platform and Zoom is preferred.
