Assistant Store Manager
We're seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service, and team development. Duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with store functions and day-to-day store activities, helping customers in a positive, approachable manner, organizing and transferring merchandise, performing opening and closing procedures, processing corporate directives, maintaining promotional effectiveness, assisting in ordering merchandise, maintaining areas of the store, protecting and securing company assets, adhering to policies and procedures, supervising, training, and developing store associates, ensuring a positive, safe, and respectful environment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, and other duties as assigned.
