Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Client Engagement : Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions tailored to them.
Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
Sales Strategy : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
CRM Management : Diligently enter and update all interactions and potential opportunities in the CRM system.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Feedback Gathering : Collect and document insights and feedback from prospects to improve the sales process and product offerings.
Target Achievement : Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while supporting overall business growth.
Requirements
Experience : Preferably computer savvy and experience with phone systems.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-Oriented : Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
