We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications :

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and / or GED equivalent programs is required.
• Two (2) years in hospital registration and / or scheduling with experience in a medical setting is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Software is required.
• Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic OpTime preferred.
• Typing (35 wpm is preferred).
