We’re expanding and hiring

part-time instructors

who bring fire, presence, and purpose to the room. You should be confident on the mic, love hyping up a crowd, and be committed to helping people smash their fitness goals. Morning and evening availability preferred.

Kickboxing or group fitness experience required.

We provide continuous coaching and support to sharpen your skills.

Evening availability is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead high-energy group kickboxing classes

Coach, inspire, and push members to reach their full potential

Deliver a 12 / 10 member experience—every single class

Build positive relationships with members and teammates

Promote and sell fitness challenges

Follow all AKB class formats, systems, and coaching processes

Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming

Represent AKB at events, fairs, and community outreach programs

Hit performance benchmarks and personal goals

REQUIREMENTS :

Charismatic, energetic, and team-focused

Passionate about helping people transform their lives

Strong communication skills (in person, by phone, and online)

Comfortable posting and engaging on social media

Professional, reliable, and self-driven

Fast learner who thrives with systems and structure

Comfortable using basic tech and CRM tools

Must be available for morning or evening classes and flexible shifts

Willing to attend AKB Instructor and Sales Training
