E-Commerce Operations CoordinatorLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator with 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY. Responsibilities :
- Oversee the full order lifecycle from placement through final delivery, ensuring all milestones are met
- Monitor order progress and delivery timelines, identifying and addressing potential delays
- Provide regular updates on order status, risks, and key milestones to the Senior Operations Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Licensing, Product Development, and Packaging to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Support the setup of e-commerce items by verifying product data, descriptions, and specifications for accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update operational reports, trackers, and dashboards to ensure visibility across teams
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate with customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth post-purchase experiences
- Help manage vendor and partner communications related to order fulfillment and logistics
- Contribute to documentation and SOP development for e-commerce operations
