Job description$15-18 (hourly wage + tips) Tips ($3-$5 an hour extra) Sampling cookies 50% off cookies Regular performance collaboration and career growth opportunities (Management) Flexible scheduling Recognition awards Sundays off DISHWASHING : Follows Crumbl dishwashing process with exactness and care. Constantly cleans and maintains order with the equipment and utensils used, as well as keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe. Organizes the storage of ingredients and supplies in an efficient manner. TEAMWORK : Understands the importance of delivering on individual role responsibilities but also shows a desire and effort to support fellow crew members perform other business tasks. EFFICIENT : Has a mindset and work-ethic that is focused on providing exceptional service and Crumbl products in a quick manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for the customer. TECHNOLOGY : Understand and uses Crumbl business technology applications efficiently. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT : Safely and properly operates Crumbl kitchen equipment and utensils. Shows respect and ownership over the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material. WORK-ETHIC : Committed to giving excellent effort in all responsibilities and tasks EXPERIENCE : Food or restaurant experience and customer service experience, CULTURAL FIT : Has a strong internal "why" that aligns with us and Crumbl Headquarters, has similar values and character, and has a passion for food and baking. EDUCATION : High school or higher COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER & EXCELLENCE : Has a genuine desire to serve others while having an unquenchable thirst for excellence.
