Responsible for assisting / training clients with activities of daily living i.e. bathing, eating, and grooming. Follows care plan for treatment. Transports and accompanies clients to program related activities or appointments as necessary. Supervises clients in their daily schedules which may include assistance and prompts in taking self-administered medications as needed. Facilitates group planned activities with assistance from the Administrator. Light housekeeping, cooking and preparing meals. Ensures clients adhere to the house rules as agreed upon at the time of admission. Documents daily and ensure clients safety.
