Overview

PR Manager role at Action1. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic PR Manager who will be comfortable with being a one-person team, working effectively in a startup environment, and adapting to new challenges.

Responsibilities

Developing PR strategies to establish the company as an industry leader
Supervising and / or implementing a range of PR activities
Obtaining media coverage
Coordinating collaboration with the PR agency
Providing rapid responses to emerging news, incidents, or crises
Coordinating research and survey reports
Pursuing industry awards
Crafting customer success stories

Requirements

The ideal candidate will :

Have a strong background in PR, particularly in IT and cybersecurity sectors, with the ability to craft narratives that connect with diverse audiences and build trust in our brand

Thrive in fast-changing environments, constantly seeking new approaches and ideas, and lead change

Be committed to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends

Align PR efforts with business goals to make an impact through thought leadership, crisis management, or brand-building campaigns

Demonstrate attention to detail and deliver high-quality work consistently

Work well with others and coordinate with marketing, sales, and leadership to achieve results
