Technical Artist

A company is looking for a Technical Artist to bridge the gap between research and creative application in AI development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust pipelines to productionize AI models

Develop and execute fine-tuning strategies to enhance model controllability

Collaborate with Research and Design teams to translate aesthetic goals into technical requirements

Required Qualifications

Demonstrable experience with Visual GenAI as a creator, fine-tuner, researcher, or engineer

Strong engineering skills with proficiency in Python

Deep experience with open-source generative AI tools like ComfyUI or similar frameworks

Background in art / design with a strong understanding of aesthetics

Experience with Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) techniques for model fine-tuning
