Seasonal Stock Associate

We are seeking a meticulous and solution-oriented Seasonal Stock Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and stockroom operations , with a strong commitment to upholding the brand's standards of quality and organization. This individual will play a key role in supporting both Back of House operations and the Sales team , ensuring seamless inventory flow and an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and reconcile weekly cycle counts; assist with Mid-Year and End-of-Year inventories to ensure stock accuracy.

Manage inbound and outbound shipments, RTVs, and transfers in accordance with company standards.

Maintain accurate tracking of consignment and vendor inventory.

Partner closely with the Sales and Visual Merchandising teams to prepare new collections, organize stock, and ensure product readiness for the sales floor.

Maintain an organized, efficient, and visually aligned Back of House, ensuring merchandise is properly unpacked, hung, and steamed.

Proactively identify and resolve inventory or logistics issues to support operational excellence.

Monitor and replenish store supplies, packaging, and materials as needed.

Support the Store Manager and team in upholding all operational and maintenance standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in luxury retail , inventory management , or shipping and receiving preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining the highest level of presentation and accuracy.

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical stockroom duties as needed.
