Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience proven by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.

Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers

Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect

Promotes credit and loyalty programs

Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards

Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards

Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day

Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance of the entire store

Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback

Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures

Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs

Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment

Other duties as assigned

Who We're Looking For : You.

The Retail Seasonal Associate is responsible for organizing and processing merchandise on the sales floor to ensure that product is available and accessible for the customer. This role is essential in maintaining great customer service while supporting store operations by ensuring timely and efficient stock handling.

Afternoon / evening shifts available.

Must have weekend availability.

Tag, label, and prepare merchandise for the sales floor

Replenish sales floor stock as needed based on store demands

Assist in regular cycle counts and inventory audits

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment

Follow all company procedures related to inventory control and safety

Collaborate with merchandise coordinators and management to prioritize restocking needs

Assist with store recovery, markdowns, and stockroom organization projects

Possesses excellent customer service skills, strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Qualifications :

Previous retail experience is a plus, not required.

Afternoon / evening shift availability.

Weekend availability is required.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude
