Job descriptionBoard Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine-trained with EM experience are welcome to apply Physician-led organization 21k / yr ED volume 20 bed ED 24 hours / day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts) 14 hours / day of APP coverage Paragon EMR Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC) Competitive rates On-site administrative support Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program May be contracted as W2 w / benefits or 1099 independent contractor w / guaranteed shifts Additional $ / hour would be added for candidates interested in working all night shifts. Additional $ / hour would be added for candidates interested in floating between locations W2 positions offer : Health / Dental / Vision (w / HSA), 401k w / company contribution Health shortage area- qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
