• Oversee patient treatments, lead in-depth assessments, and customize care plans to enhance patient outcomes.\n
• Develop significant connections with patients and their families to facilitate effective recovery pathways.\n
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuum of care.\n
• Act as a resource for fellow nursing staff, assisting in managing challenging patient scenarios.\n
• Celebrate and acknowledge achievements in patient rehabilitation.\n\nQualifications\n
• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.\n
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).\n
• CRRN certification is preferred.\n
