Qualifications :

MD / DO from an accredited medical school.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Valid Arizona medical license.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of family medicine practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
