Consumer Services Analyst
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide information and access to benefits and services to those who contact the Governor's office by phone. It is a responsible, professional position and requires extensive knowledge regarding the operations of state agencies and the major goals and policies adopted by the Governor.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position include the ability to operate a computer with multiple open screens and talk on the phone simultaneously, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish / English preferred.
