Job descriptionNo overnight or weekend call : focus on daytime work Flexible schedules : 8h, 10h, 12h shifts or a mix; minimum 30 hours / week on average based on your needs! Full time 45-50 hours per week Vibrant team : 45 anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs in a supportive care team environment Leadership and professional development opportunities State-of-the-art ORs and technology to support clinical excellence Provide anesthesia services at White Plains Hospital and five Ambulatory Surgery Centers Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient cases Diverse case exposure : General, OB, orthopedics, neurosurgery, vascular, cardiac, and regional anesthesia No trauma or transplant cases Cardiac and young pediatric cases managed by dedicated subspecialty teams Opportunity to grow your expertise in regional anesthesia techniques Deliver anesthesia care for inpatient and outpatient surgical cases Pre-anesthesia assessment, patient consent, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitor patient physiology and perform necessary clinical interventions Collaborate in a care team model that values your voice and supports excellence M.D. / D.O. from accredited medical school Completion of accredited anesthesiology residency Current NY medical license or eligibility; ECFMG / FLEX as applicable New grads are welcome to apply Competitive salary starting at $425K for full time 50 hours / week Up to $50K sign-on bonus Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance 401(k) plan, flexible spending accounts, fully paid malpractice insurance Paid time off and professional development opportunities Student Loan Repayment Program W2 employment status Just 35 minutes from Manhattan via Metro-North Family-friendly suburbs with excellent public / private schools Vibrant downtown, shopping, and dining Access to hiking, golf, beaches, and cultural venues Close to Westchester County Airport (HPN) and major highways Diverse, educated, and welcoming community
