Job description

10‑4 Logistics USA seeks a Local CDL‑A Shuttle Driver to operate 100% dry‑van, no‑touch loads on local routes with daily home time. Scheduled shifts are 12 hours on a 4 days on / 4 days off rotation

  • Compensation & schedule :

Starting pay : $22.00 / hr (night shift $23.00 / hr).

Minimum starting : $21.00 / hr.

Overtime : Ample overtime available.

Typical weekly earnings : $800–$1,500 (dependent on hours and overtime).

Shift pattern : 12‑hour shifts, home daily, 4 on / 4 off rotation.

Minimum qualifications :

  • Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A).
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe vehicle operation and clear communication.
  • 12 months of CDL-A Tractor Trailer experience within the last 36 months
