About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Business Service Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT programs and oversee a team of AVPs and BSMs. This role is pivotal in driving program execution, governance, and strategic alignment, with a strong focus on being hands-on and product-oriented. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning large-scale, strategic programs that cut across various departments and domains, and will be expected to manage and mentor a team, define and improve delivery governance frameworks, and partner with senior IT and business leaders to ensure alignment of priorities and execution. The VP BSM will also act as a trusted advisor to the CIO / CTO, influence the technology transformation agenda, and be deeply involved in gathering and refining product and business requirements, as well as translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. Applicants for the VP BSM position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in program or portfolio leadership within enterprise IT, with a proven track record in managing people and cross-functional teams. Expertise in Agile / SAFe delivery frameworks, a strong background in business analysis and product management, and familiarity with requirements definition tools and test planning are essential. The role requires the ability to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, excellent stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, business, or a related field is required, along with a deep understanding of enterprise systems and technology delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in aligning large programs with strategic objectives, defining success metrics, and ensuring that the product delivers measurable business value.
