Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Job Description & Requirements

ICU RN

  • Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS & TNCC / TCAR / or experience with the care of trauma patients
  • NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT FIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg / 3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed. - # of Beds : 4 - Nurse : Patient Ratios : 1 : 2-3 depending on acuity - Common diagnoses / Types of patients : DKA, sepsis pts, respiratory failure, cardiac(rate and rhythm control), medical detox, art lines, CVP - Are RNs required to titrate drips? : Yes - Common titratable & / or set rate drips :
