Larson Financial Holdings (LFH) is a diversified financial services firm built to help successful families achieve clarity and confidence across their financial lives. Our mission is to create lasting value—both for the families we serve and the professionals who serve them—by integrating strategy, technology, and culture into one cohesive ecosystem.
We are a purpose-driven organization that believes that scalable growth comes from disciplined execution, data-driven decision making, and a culture grounded in shared values. With multiple business units across wealth management, tax, real estate, and insurance, we are intentional about building a unified enterprise that thrives on alignment, accountability, and innovation.

Build and sustain a high-trust, high-accountability culture that reflects our core values and aligns with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles.
Talent & Performance :
Develop frameworks for recruitment, goal setting, and performance management that identify and retain “right people in the right seats.”
Compensation & Total Rewards :
Oversee market-based and performance-linked compensation structures, ensuring fairness and financial alignment across entities.
Compliance & Governance :
Maintain best-in-class HR policies and compliance across federal, state, and entity-specific regulations.
Data & Technology :
Modernize HR operations and analytics to deliver insights that drive business decisions.
Executive Partnership :
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on all people and culture matters.

Experience with HR technology implementation, analytics, and automation.
Strong business acumen, judgment, and executive presence.
Why This Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to build an enduring people platform inside a fast-growing financial enterprise. You’ll work alongside a high-performing executive team, shaping strategy at the intersection of business growth and human potential.
