Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year in Magnolia, TX. This role focuses on supporting K-12 students by providing speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations and therapy services within a dynamic educational setting.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student communication success
  • Maintain detailed, timely documentation following district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (for SLPs and Clinical Fellows)
  • Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred, with strong support provided to Clinical Fellows
  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) must hold current Texas licensure
  • Passion for working with school-aged children in educational environments
