The primary role of the Operating Partner is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash services to our customers effectively, efficiently, and in a cost-effective manner based on Big Dan’s standards. Job Responsibilities :

• Successfully complete our on-site training program.
• Engage with team members and interact with customers.
• Work to increase customer satisfaction.
• Increase bottom line revenue through the proper oversite and management of resources.
• Demonstrate strong sales skills at the pay station, effectively converting single-wash customers into monthly membership holders.
• Oversee all employees and create a self-sufficient site.
• Follow all preventative maintenance procedures and maintain proper inventory of chemicals and other supplies.
• Meet or exceed Big Dan’s standards and work to create a pipeline of future Operating Partners.
• Various administrative duties.
