Salary : $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. is seeking a Parts Supervisor to support the company's operations by ensuring that all necessary parts and materials are efficiently sourced, inventoried, and distributed. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills who can work collaboratively with field teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain the flow of critical supplies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts and materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using company-approved software and systems.
• Source and order parts from approved vendors, negotiating pricing and delivery schedules as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively reorder items to prevent shortages or delays in operations.
• Organize and maintain the parts warehouse, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and accessibility.
• Prepare and track outgoing shipments, returns, and warranty claims.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
• Ensure all returned or warranty parts are properly tagged to recover full credit from vendors
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding the purchase, installation, and disposal of parts and fluids.
