100%, day shift working Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm. You will work at the UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :

• Coordinate and process incoming occupational health assessments (B-reads) for organizations across the country.
• Distribute final B-read reports via facsimile when completed.
• Track monthly B-read reports in Excel for billing purposes.
• Process incoming x-ray images from internal sources and external clinics for diagnostic interpretation.
• Manage the documentation and monthly billing for diagnostic interpretation services.
• Use multiple software applications concurrently to process exams and reports.
