Job Description
Responsibilities for the CNC Programmer III include :
- Program CNC machines using CAD / CAM software.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and models.
- Optimize tooling, feeds, speeds, and cutting paths.
- Run simulations and validate CNC programs.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues.
- Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Maintain CNC documentation and setup instructions.
- Train and support junior programmers and machinists.
- Follow all safety standards and procedures.

The Successful Applicant
A successful CNC Programmer III should have :
7+ years of CNC programming experience.Strong G-code / M-code and CAD / CAM expertise.Deep knowledge of machining processes and materials.Experience with multi-axis or 5-axis machining preferred.Proven problem-solving and optimization skills.Ability to work cross-functionally in manufacturing.Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.What's on Offer
