Employee that is with us for 6 months to 3 Years = 0.10 cents off gallon of fuel

Requirements : Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve high-quality food to customersMaintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needsManage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelinesEnsures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of productsSet up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stationsComplete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficientlyProvide exceptional customer service through positive interactionsDemonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a teamAdhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standardsSupport opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaningMaintain organized, safe, and clean work areasFollow safety and security standards diligentlyPerforms all other duties as required or assigned by managementCross-training responsibilities :
Managing the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner.Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional.Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times.Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding propertyTroubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as neededPrepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelinesCross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store salesEscalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.Performs all other duties as required or assigned by managementQualifications :
High School diploma or GED preferredServ-Safe / Local or State Food Service Certification preferredKnife skills and previous restaurant experience are a plusMust be 18 years or olderAbility to bend down frequently and lift up to 50lbsStrong teamwork and punctuality skillsAble to read, write and speak basic EnglishAble to successfully complete consecutive 90-day probationary periodAdditional Requirements :
