Position Overview :

  • Ofinno is seeking an accomplished and strategic Executive Director of Operations to join our leadership team.
  • This role will be instrumental in ensuring that the company’s operations scale effectively to support rapid growth and continued success.
  • The Executive Director of Operations will oversee core business functions including finance, HR, IT, and facilities, while serving as a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on operational expertise.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing systems that drive efficiency, enhance collaboration, and strengthen company culture.
  • This is a highly visible role, central to aligning Ofinno’s infrastructure with its long-term aspirations.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, IT, and facilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate Ofinno’s vision into actionable operational strategies.
  • Develop and oversee company-wide processes, systems, and metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement scalable practices that support growth while maintaining efficiency and compliance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and remove operational barriers to execution.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that reflects Ofinno’s values of fearless feedback, empowered innovation, and mastery across borders.
  • Mentor managers and align teams to deliver on strategic goals.

    • Qualifications :

  • MBA or JD strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Proven success in scaling systems and processes within a high-growth organization.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
