Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Bradenton FL
Duration : 4-6 Months
PR : $19 / hr to $20 / hr.
Monday-Friday – Shifts may have varied start times 8am to 930am
Key Responsibilities :
o Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat inquiries from customers.
o Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, policies, and account information.
o Provide accurate and efficient information to resolve customer concerns.
o Troubleshoot issues, identify problems, and work towards resolving customer complaints.
o Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments, when necessary.
o Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
o Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
o Document all customer interactions, including questions, complaints, and resolutions, into the system.
o Generate reports on common customer service issues and communicate trends to management.
o Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product updates.
o Ensure compliance with company standards in customer interactions.
o Collect customer feedback and relay it to the appropriate teams to help improve services and products.
o Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications
o Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
o Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Proficiency with computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
