Logistics Coordinator

Location : Piscatway, NJ Pay : $20 - $21 an hour

A highly reputable transportation company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join their night shift! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to data entry and email correspondence with freight forwarding contacts. The role involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient communication with shipping personnel, and much more!

Job Description :

• Perform data entry and manage email correspondence with freight forwarding contacts.
• Communicate updates with shipping personnel to ensure the correct pallets are staged for loading.
• Receive and process paperwork, ensuring manifests are accurately checked for drivers.
• Update MS Excel spreadsheets for approximately 50 trucks going out per day.
• Maintain an order log for 10-30 pallets daily.
• Manage intake and processing of paperwork for incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
