Job Details : Type of Locum Provider Needed : CRNA Reason for Need : Introducing new orthopedic shifts in the model Hours : Saturday and Sunday, 7 : 30 am - 12 : 30 pm Schedule : Every weekend Call Scheduled : No Supervision : Provided by MDs Type of Cases Required : Ortho - Block experience required Required Proficiencies : Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient Caselogs Required : Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks Number of Providers During the Day : 1 ortho shift Vaccination Required : Flu shot, COVID proofs (or declination), and 2 negative TB tests or 1 Quantiferon; Varicella Licensure Requirements : Providers will not receive a hospital application until they have a full CRNA license, and no temporary privileges are being granted on-site.
