The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in advising California employers on workplace compliance and handling traditional labor matters such as union negotiations and grievance arbitrations. Location : Duties :

• Provide employment law advice and counseling to California-based employers
• Handle traditional labor law matters, including union organizing campaigns, negotiations, and arbitrations
• Advise clients on compliance with state and federal labor and employment laws
• Draft and review employment policies, handbooks, and contracts
• Assist clients with internal investigations and responses to administrative agency inquiries
• Represent employers in labor and employment proceedings
• Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation and workplace matters

Requirements :

Education :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
