Liberty Dogs is a premier Service Dog training program whose goal is to empower Veterans with disabilities to lead more independent and fulfilling lives - enhancing their well-being through the unconditional support that Liberty Service Dogs provide. Located on a 27-acre campus, it includes a training facility, dog housing, an administrative and multipurpose building, and accommodations for Veterans staying on campus to train with their Liberty Service Dogs.

Position Summary :

The Warehouse Technician is responsible for tracking, maintaining, and storing inventory within the campus warehouse. This position will also serve as the receiving source for deliveries onto campus.

The role requires a highly detail-oriented, proactive professional with a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and receive any deliveries onto campus and accurately enter them into companies software, MaintainX and Sage lntacct. Ensuring all items received are appropriately documented, labeled, stored safely and efficiently, and tracked.
• Responsible for the management and accuracy of warehouse software.
• Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify a supervisor.
• Perform routine audits on inventory levels.
• Establish inventory par levels for each item and ensure stock is at appropriate levels for operational efficiency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
