Responsibilities and skills

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for the Dynamics 365 Contact Center rollout.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Stakeholder ManagementoEngage with cross-functional teams including business users, technical architects, Microsoft partners, and vendors.

Facilitate workshops and status meetings with key stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment.Risk Issue ManagementoIdentify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.oTrack and resolve issues to minimize impact on timelines and scope.Team LeadershipoLead a cross-functional project team, including internal staff and external vendorspartners.oProvide clear direction, remove roadblocks, and ensure accountability across team members.Budget Resource ManagementoManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.oOptimize resource utilization across workstreams to meet project milestones efficiently.Change Management TrainingoCollaborate with Change Management and Training leads to support end-user adoption.oEnsure documentation, training materials, and communication plans are developed and executed effectively.Go-Live Post-Go-Live SupportoManage readiness assessments, UAT cycles, and cutover plans.oOversee hypercare support and transition to operations.
