Associate Director – Technology Consulting Data Architect

We are looking to hire a Data Architecture Lead to design, develop, and govern the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem. This role will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how data is collected, integrated, stored, and accessed to enable digital transformation, AI / ML, and advanced analytics initiatives.

Requirements :

• Define and execute the enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Establish data principles, frameworks, standards, and blueprints for scalable, secure, and high‑performing data platforms (cloud / on‑prem / hybrid).
• Partner with CIO / CTO and business leadership to ensure data architecture enables digital transformation and analytics‑driven decision‑making.
• Design and maintain data models, data flows, and integration patterns to support enterprise applications and analytics use cases.
• Oversee data platform modernization initiatives, including data lake / data warehouse migration, cloud adoption, and data mesh / data fabric frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data governance teams to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all data assets.
• Define standards for metadata management, lineage tracking, data quality, and master data management (MDM).
• Evaluate and recommend emerging data technologies and architectural patterns to support AI / ML and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Mentor and guide technical teams in best practices for data architecture, modeling, and engineering.
