Job Responsibilities :

Provide daily support and care for individuals in our residential homes.

Assist with personal care, meals, and community activities.

Encourage independence and life skills development.

Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

Document daily activities and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous caregiving, healthcare, or support service experience a plus (but not required training provided).

Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must pass a background check and meet state requirements.
