I'm offering a flat rate payout plan based on number of units cleaned on a daily basis. Here is what we typically payout :

Basic Cleaning Payout Plan

Tiny Home 1BR / 1Bath (200 sq ft) : $25

Non-Tiny Home 1BR / 1Bath (400 sq ft) : $35

Unit 3

2BR / 2Bath (Including 1.5Bath) : $55

3BR / 3Bath : $85

4BR / 4Bath : $105

Miscellaneous Payout Plan

Washeteria : Cost $15

General Store (for last minute items) or to replace broken items with no inventory (Ex. a broken wine glass) : $15

Deep Cleaning – Add 10$ per BR / BA
