Job Summary

The Associate Director of Executive Education will work collaboratively with the Executive Director to manage an executive education program that designs and delivers executive training workshops and professional development opportunities that support local, regional, and national workforce needs. Programming options include both non-credit and credit offerings that are delivered in multiple formats.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director and other internal and external stakeholders to support the priorities of the University and all interested parties in the development and delivery of professional programs that meet the needs of the local, regional, and national workforce.
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director and other internal and external stakeholders to support the priorities of the University and our coastal stakeholders in the development and delivery of professional programs that meet the needs of the coastal workforce.
• Manage a network of professionals to design and implement a portfolio of non-degree executive education experiences, including industry-recognized micro-credentialing, and facilitate the development of career pathways that span from entry-level to advanced levels of employment.
• Manage programming to include all functions including the financial, operational, marketing and administrative aspects of executive education with particular attention to and responsibility for success in both content delivery for in-person and virtual formats and program logistics.
• In collaboration with the Executive Director, develop proposals, budgets, and marketing materials to promote programmatic growth with the goal of incorporating a self-sustaining funding model for continued programming.
• Develop appropriate mechanisms to identify, collect, and maintain relevant data to inform decision-making and develop curriculum / content in the spirit of continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or a related field and three (3) years' experience in an industry or educational professional training program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Preferred Qualifications

A master's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in education, business, or a related field and five (5) years' experience in an industry or educational professional training operation.
