Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' specific needs and design personalized therapeutic strategies to help them reach their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply research-supported methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living competencies
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques for continued progress at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans : Monitor clinical progress and make necessary modifications to treatment plans, ensuring patients stay on the right path
