Shift : Variable D / E / start time 7 : 30a, 8a, 10 : 30a, 8x5, 40 hrs / week Length : 13 weeksbetween 7 : 30a-7p M-TH, 7 : 30a-4 : 30p F

2 evenings required. Minor holidays are required.

Requirements :

CT license

2 years experience in Outpatient Experience in swallow / speech / cognitive-linguistic evaluations, FEES, laryngectomy, head and neck cancer / lymphedema

AHA BLS

LSVT LOUD certification preferred

OCS preferred

Other Details :

EMR : EPIC

Scrubs : any color

Covid Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed

Flu Vaccine- Medical and religious declinations are allowed

N95 Fit test required

Locals are accepted (75 miles or less)
