Overview

Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. This is not your average 9-5 shop job—this role is 100% travel , responding wherever equipment is needed, often in post-storm environments. Essential Job Functions

Travel extensively to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, aerial equipment, and construction equipment, both on- and off-road.

Respond quickly to storm-impacted areas, supporting critical operations and keeping equipment running in demanding conditions.

Perform DOT inspections and maintain compliance with all company and customer safety policies.

Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with the team.

Complete accurate reporting, paperwork, and inspection documentation.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clean driving record.

Experience with hydraulic and electronic repairs.

Basic computer skills for documentation and diagnostics.

Your own basic tool inventory.

The ability to work safely, productively, and independently—even in challenging weather and remote locations.
