Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Office Manager located in O'Fallon, MO. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including patient care coordination, staff management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient records, managing billing and insurance processes, and ensuring a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications
• Experience in patient care coordination and management
• Skills in staff management and team leadership
• Proficiency in scheduling and office administration
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Experience in billing and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in O'Fallon, MO
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
