• Key Responsibilities :
• Cultivate strong, positive relationships with clients and project teams.
• Oversee all pre-construction activities, including estimating and scheduling.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and track project submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers, enhancing team capabilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance to meet project goals.
• Prepare and review monthly project budgets and documents.
• Facilitate project closeout, ensuring all documentation and deliverables are completed.
