    Job Summary

    We are seeking full time or part time Registered Behavior Therapist or Behavior Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will work 1 : 1 and in group settings with clients, implement sill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, and work under a BCBA to help your clients achieve their highest success.

    Responsibilities

  • Delivers direct ABA therapy 1 : 1 or in a small group format to children on the Autism Spectrum
  • Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
  • Accurately implement behavior reduction plans, behavior protocols, and / or behavior support plans
  • Maintain precise and meticulous client progress records, which may include data sheets, graphs, daily notes, anecdotal information, etc.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, stimulating, and fun environment for the client
  • Collaborate with the client family and related professionals as needed regarding client updates, progress, behavioral concerns, etc
  • Uphold company policies and standards of conduct; implement ABA intervention in line with the BACB ethical guidelines
  • Promptly report all incidents of abuse / neglect and train others to recognize signs of abuse, neglect, and exploitation
  • Provide high quality customer service to clients and their families
  • Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
  • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (relevant college degree and coursework is preferred)
  • The desire to work with children and experience with individuals with autism spectrum disorder is preferred
  • Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized
  • If not already RBT certified, commitment to become certified and maintain the certification as an RBT
