What You'll Do :
Monitor and control access points to the healthcare location to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a security-related presence.Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises, following site-specific procedures.Provide customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and patients with questions and directions as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential security-related concerns.Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual activity, or maintenance issues according to company and site requirements.Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees.Minimum Requirements :
