$45,000.00 / yr - $55,000.00 / yr

Harkla is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support and learn directly from our CEO / Director of Marketing across two brands — our established sensory product company and a new supplement brand launching in early 2026.

This is a high-growth training role designed to fast-track you into an AI-empowered Marketing Manager position over 12–24 months. You'll be hands-on with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, landing pages, and campaign coordination while receiving structured mentorship, AI training, and access to top-tier marketing communities (like Vibe Marketer Skool and Common Thread Collective's Admission).

What you'll do

• Build and manage marketing campaigns, sales, and product launches
• Coordinate creative assets across design, paid media, and content teams
• Execute and optimize email / SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
• Build and QA Shopify / Replo landing pages
• Track campaign performance and surface insights
