We are currently hiring for General Manager position for our Willow Grove locations.

Position available to start immediately. We will contact you for an interview upon receipt of qualified applicants.

As a member of our restaurant team, you will be a critical part of creating a positive and unique dining experience for the guests visiting your restaurant. Regardless of the position, you and your team will be the reason your customers continue coming back.

Byronz Restaurant Family is seeking a General Manager. Candidate should have high energy, an eye for detail, motivational skills with staff, and ability to develop employees. Byronz is providing a unique dining experience and this role is responsible for ensuring that we uphold our standards of customer service and experience.

• Providing great customer service and exceptional food
• Ensuring each guest experience is exceptional
• Solving customer concerns and issues in a positive manner
• Managing FOH and / or BOH shifts
• Overseeing employee training
• Managing bar and LBW ordering and / or food and paper ordering
• Managing FOH labor and LBW costs and / or BOH Labor and Food costs
