Coverage Period : Openended (start upon credentialing)

Call Type : InHouse (must remain on site)
Call Ratio : 78 call shifts per month (min 4 / month); team model 2 inhouse calls / week / provider
Call Response Time : Immediate (on site)

Typical Daily Activity : 12 L&D deliveries / day; 45 triage / day

Annual Volume Benchmark : 400 deliveries / year

Admissions While OnCall (Avg) : 0

Patient Population : Adult and pediatric percentages listed (per service lines) COVERAGE & SHIFT SCHEDULE

24Hour InHouse Call : 7a7a

Weekly Structure : Two 24hour inhouse call shifts per week per provider (team of three providers)

Minimum Commitment : 1 shift / week (4 shifts / month)

Solo Coverage : Yes (provider works solo while on call)

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required : Yes (Full)

Days to Credential : 90 REQUIREMENTS

DEA : Not required

State License : Pennsylvania (required to apply); IMLC considered

Certifications : BLS; ACLS

Minimum Experience : 2 years

Boards : Board Certified or Board Eligible (MD / DO accepted)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Travel, Lodging and Malpractice Insurance : Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES

L&D management, deliveries, postpartum care, emergent GYN per privileging

GYN cases as needed (facility to confirm scope)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide continuous inhouse coverage for L&D, ER triage for deliveries, GYN cases, and postpartum care.

Manage evaluations, admissions (if applicable), procedures, and coordination with hospital teams.
