Location : Richland Parish, Louisiana

Compensation : Bonus Eligible | Per Diem | Health / Vision / Dental | Retirement | PTO

About the Role :

We are seeking a Low Voltage Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of low-voltage projects. This role ensures technical excellence, quality, safety, cost control, and customer satisfaction across multiple concurrent projects. You’ll provide on-site supervision, mentor technical staff, and uphold project standards from planning to closeout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all low-voltage project activities to ensure quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously — including site supervision, QA, and compliance / customer contracts.
  • Lead, train, and support field staff while assisting with hiring to maintain the right skill and volume levels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Ensure proper materials management and maintain daily project updates in tracking systems.
  • Participate in project meetings, pre-bid, and post-bid activities.
  • Conduct technical training for low-voltage technicians and team leads.
  • Enforce company, HR, and safety policies and ensure completion of all project documentation.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing low-voltage or structured cabling technicians.
  • Strong preference : Hyperscale data center or mission-critical project experience.
  • Deep knowledge of low-voltage systems, tools, and installation practices — with the ability to lead technical training.
  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, staffing, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret project documents (SOWs, BOMs, blueprints, schedules).
  • Valid driver’s license and required industry certifications.
  • Willingness to travel for project oversight and on-site supervision.
  • Preferred Project Experience
