Beautiful Northeast Florida community

100% Geriatric patient population

Working with one other providerin office

Average15 patients per day

Physicians drive the care decisions for the patients

Compensation and Benefits

  • Total annual earning potential is $300,000+ based on experience

    • Up to 20% of Base Salary Bonus Schedule

    Up to $30,000 Sign-On Bonus opportunity
